Aperion Audio Rosewood Opal Grandis GR6T 6.5" 3-Way High Fidelity Tower Speaker (SINGLE)

Grandis GR6T 6.5" 3-Way Hi-Fi Tower Speaker (Single) Aperion Audio marked its 25th anniversary in 2024 with the launch of the Grandis High Fidelity Bookshelf Speakers, following 24 years of technical advancements. The world of hi-fi music enthusiasts is known for its discerning taste and unwavering quest for superior sound quality. Despite facing stiff competition from long-standing speaker brands worldwide, our engineers felt compelled to develop our own Aperion hi-fi speaker series. The Grandis series embodies Aperion Audio's dedication to delivering exceptional sound quality and strives to be recognized as one of the finest hi-fi speakers globally. In 2024, a year marked by challenges and opportunities, Aperion Audio proudly introduced the Grandis GR6 and GR8 Hi-Fi bookshelf speakers. Those fortunate enough to experience them firsthand have been genuinely impressed by their outstanding sound quality. Every ounce of effort and dedication has been invested in the research, development, and production processes. In a fiercely competitive market, nothing ignites excitement and pride more than the genuine satisfaction and praise from real users. These accolades serve as the highest form of encouragement and validation for this series of products. Building on the success of the Grandis GR6 and GR8 bookshelf speakers, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the highly awaited floor-standing versions of the Grandis series; the GR6T and GR8T Towers. The Grandis GR6T is a robust 3-way, 4-driver speaker that delivers exceptional performance. Standing at 43.3 inches tall with a proprietary aluminum base, it weighs a solid 77.2 pounds. The entire speaker cabinet is meticulously crafted from premium High-Density Fiberboard (HDF), known for its excellent physical properties that provide a solid and dependable structural foundation for the speaker. Inside the cabinet, a reinforcing rib support structure is implemented, acting like a sturdy skeleton that significantly boosts the cabinet's overall strength and stability. This design effectively eliminates any unwanted resonance and abnormal sounds caused by cabinet vibrations, ensuring that the audio produced is pure and free from noise interference. If you pick up this speaker, its substantial weight instantly conveys our commitment to quality. This significant heft is a testament to the high-grade materials we've used, and every detail reflects our relentless dedication to speaker craftsmanship. The cabinet features a distinctive trapezoidal design, being narrower at the top and broader at the bottom. Resulting from thoughtful consideration and precise calculations. It effectively minimizes reflection and diffraction interference on high-frequency sound waves, enhancing clarity and realism in sound quality. Additionally, the front of the cabinet is designed with a slight backward slope, taking into account how sound waves travel. Given that different frequencies have varying propagation speeds, this slanted design helps synchronize the travel time of both high and low-frequency sound waves, ultimately providing users with an improved listening experience. To reduce the diffraction of sound waves produced by the speaker, the front features an aluminum panel designed with a waveguide angle. Additionally, the four forward-firing speaker units; comprising of a 1.1" tweeter, a 2" soft dome midrange, and dual 6.5" woofers are flush-mounted for a sleek look. The cabinet of the Grandis high-fidelity speakers features a smooth, curved design on all sides, which makes it visually stand out. But why did our engineers choose this distinctive shape over the traditional square, right-angle design that dominates the market? Right-angle speakers are everywhere, and the options are practically endless. We have produced a range of right-angle speaker models, including the classic Intimus series with its timeless aesthetic, the Bravus II series, which exudes professionalism with its strong lines, the Allaire wireless speakers, which showcase a sleek and convenient design, and the popular Novus series, which remains true to conventional right-angle forms. While right-angle speakers often convey a clear, clean, and robust impression; and are a favorite among many consumers. The engineers at Aperion sought something different, starting with the Verus series. They wanted to break away from the norm and innovate in their designs. This ambition led to the bold choice of a cabinet with a more pronounced slope, giving the speakers a fresh visual appeal. In developing the Grandis Hi-Fi speaker series, Aperion prioritized the harmonious connection between visual aesthetics and sound experience. Compared to their right-angle counterparts, the lines of the arc-shaped speakers appear softer and more rounded, creating a gentle visual experience that beautifully complements the warm, rich, and clear sound quality that the Grandis delivers. For those who seek a comfortable and inviting sensory exp...
